At Eastern Hills Dental, we understand your dental health is important to you, and we’ve created a wellness plan for patients without insurance to make it easy to do what’s best for your dental health. Our plan covers preventative dental care, and offers a preferred discount on restorative treatment such as fillings and crowns. Our goal is to provide a simple way for you to access the best quality care for your needs.

Preferred Discounts
  • 50% off panoramic or full mouth series X-Rays (required every 3 years)
  • 15% off additional cleanings
  • 15% off periodontal treatment
  • 15% off sealants
  • 15% off fillings and crowns
  • 10% off implant crowns and night guards

Children must be 13 years or younger at the time of enrollment to qualify for child pricing. Whitening procedures such as in-office whitening, at home bleaching trays, bleaching gel, or whitening pens, Oral B toothbrushes, brush head refills, and toothpastes sold in-office are not included in the plan discount. This is not an insurance plan and cannot be used in conjunction with any other insurance plan, dental plan or offer, or financing company, such as Care Credit. Plan is only redeemable at Eastern Hills Dental and will not be accepted at any specialists’ office to which you are referred. To receive the preferred discount, plan must be paid in full and full payment for any procedure is due at the time of treatment. Plan pricing is effective July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020, or until your membership expires, which is one calendar year after enrollment. Any unused benefits cannot be refunded, credited, or carried over.
